Our Story

Born and raised in Guadeloupe, a small island in the Caribbean, I fell in love with Asia 15 years ago and decided to settle here. Thailand’s rich culinary culture reminded me of home, though something was missing…this is how BC Spicy was born. Our aim is to offer unique and distinguished products for you to discover that will complement and enhance your culinary experience.

Guad’Epices was founded in 1991 as a sole proprietorship. Starting with the artisanal production of Massalé “colombo paste” in the kitchen of Mr. and Mrs. NAVIN, the company quickly grew into a thriving business offering a wide range of Guad’Epices products. In 2000, a major innovation took place: the company became an LLC (SARL) and established a food-processing plant that met health standards, while also expanding its product line. Enjoy our spices from Guadeloupe.

Today, Guad’Epices is the market leader in Guadeloupe and stands out for its continuous improvement of production processes, positively impacting product quality and the environment. Responding to evolving consumer needs and customer demands drives us to innovate—both in product development and packaging.
